If this isn’t a cool way to promote yourself, I don’t know what is! She created a fold out poster consisted of text and infographics basically in place of a résumé. I admire her ability to keep it uncluttered and informative while still being visually appealing.

If there’s one thing I’ve always had a hard time with, it’s designing a poster for a client that has a lot of text. But, this does it wonderfully. All the important information is clustered at the bottom, but in a uniform way and easy to read. All the text is organized, separated and the hierarchy is appropriately placed within.

Two things I appreciate: The color orange and cool typography publicly displayed. This just knocks it out of the park for me. Plus, it has an awesome message — what’s better than being weird, independent and proud? Pft, nothing. It’s clean, sophisticated and weird because it’s on a really awesome black brick building. Love this.

I enjoy typography pieces are are a play on words. The fact the artist chose to use a brush stroke as opposed to a clean typeface works really well here considering the “semi mental” type. The color palette and strong brush strokes lend itself to the emotional aspect within the message. For a simple piece, it’s strong.
